Cancellation, Withdrawal & Plan Changes	You can cancel at any time from the settings page. Upon cancellation, paid plan features remain available until the end of the current billing period. You may continue using the service until the end of the period. [Annual Plan Cancellation] If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, no refund will be issued for the remaining period. You may continue using the service until the end of the billing period (1 year). [Plan Changes] Upgrade (to a higher plan): Takes effect immediately; the difference is charged on a pro-rata basis. Downgrade (to a lower plan): Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Returns & Refunds	Due to the nature of digital services, returns and refunds after service commencement are generally not accepted.
